Control Dynamics is factory certified to implement the Fisher-Rosemount Boiler Control Package (BCP) with your boilers.  BCP is a better way to provide reliable, efficient boiler control that is essential for smooth plant operations.  The Boiler Control Package is pre-engineered for gas or oil-fired boilers and is available for the DeltaV™ scalable process system.  Our support capability can help apply this to a wide range of boiler, heater, or thermal oxidizer applications.  Controls for boilers with BCP include:

• Smart steam header pressure control with adaptive tuning
• Boiler master for loading multiple individual boilers
• 1- or 3-element drum level control
• Air and fuel metering with cross-limits
• Oxygen trim for increased efficiency
• Options for burner management interface, simulation, etc.

Pulverized Coal-fired Boilers

Control Dynamics’ licensed Pulverized Coal Boiler Control Package (PCBCP) provides pre-engineered controls for pulverized coal-fired boilers and is available on your DeltaV™ system.  This software and engineering support have been used with a variety of different units.  Controls include:

• Steam header pressure control with adaptive tuning
• 3-element drum level control
• Individual pulverizer controls with smart motor overload protection
• Total Air and fuel control with cross-limits
• Oxygen trim for better efficiency
• Options for burner management interface, simulation, etc.
