An Asset Program Manager is responsible for providing services and support to Control Dynamics customers including but not limited to the following:
- Assist sites in identifying and prioritizing critical operation loops including measuring devices (instrumentation), valves, tuning, and alarming.
- Coordinate with necessary resources (customer, other Control Dynamics staff, and 3rd party vendors) as required to remediate issues as found with critical operation loops. This includes coordinating the following activities:
- Device repair, replacement, general maintenance and
proper design verification

Troubleshooting and correcting installation issues

Loop Tuning and Performance Monitoring

Alarm Management
-
Document Verification (loop drawings, instrument specification and calibration)
- Meet customer documentation requirements for changes made as a result of the remediation described above.
- Establish and maintain an electronic records database for instruments and valves as precision maintenance tasks are completed.
- Monitor on-going loop performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Project Management experience including scheduling, coordinating multiple resources, and working with stakeholders to meet requirements on time and within budget.
- Experience in industrial maintenance and/or process control.
- Industrial process control experience with skills in the following technical areas:
- Electrical and Instrumentation

Control Engineering (holistic experience with control loops)

Tuning and Alarming

AMS or similar asset management software

Passport or similar ERP software
- Experience working at a paper mill or similar environment with an understanding of paper mill processes is desired.
